What we collect

We collect enquiry and booking details such as name, email, phone number, organisation and event details, social media messages sent to us on Instagram or Facebook, event media captured by our booths and crew, billing details for invoicing without storing credit card numbers on this website, and basic website usage analytics without advertising trackers.

With the event host's agreement, we may also feature event highlights in our portfolio and on our social channels.

Storage and third parties

We use reputable providers to run our business, including Meta Platforms for Instagram and Facebook messaging, Google for email and file storage, Vercel for website hosting, Neon for our database, and our gallery platforms for photo delivery. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We never sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, by emailing contact@zealousphere.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you have messaged us on Instagram or Facebook and want that data removed, see our data deletion page for instructions.
