If you have messaged Zealousphere Event Specialists on Instagram or Facebook and would like that data removed, you have two options.
We will delete your stored messages and associated details within 30 days and confirm once it is done. This covers message content, your profile name and platform ID received through that platform's messaging service.
Social media messages are only part of the personal information we hold.
