These terms apply to all services provided by Zealousphere Event Specialists, ABN 94 132 654 514, and were last updated 3 June 2026. The universal clauses summarised below apply to every booking, while service specific sections apply only to the services or hire items listed on your quote or invoice.
You are bound only by the terms relevant to what you actually book. Services, inclusions, hours, deliverables and fees are as set out on your quote or invoice, and any change to scope must be approved in writing.
Any defined travel area, parking and venue access costs are the client's responsibility. Full balance is due 30 days before the event, unless stated otherwise, and bookings made within 30 days of the event are payable in full immediately. A refundable security deposit may apply for some bookings, returned after the event if no damage or loss occurs.
Cancellations are credited, not refunded. Cancelling 30 or more days before the event earns a 100% credit, cancelling 14 to 29 days before earns a 50% credit, and cancelling 0 to 13 days before requires full payment with no credit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Clients must provide suitable access, space and power for the booked services, and are responsible for any damage, loss or theft of equipment caused by themselves, their guests or venue staff. Clients are also responsible for obtaining consent to photograph or film attendees where required.
Unless a client requests privacy in writing before the event, Zealousphere may use event content for marketing and portfolio purposes. Zealousphere retains ownership and copyright of all footage and deliverables, with a licence granted to the client to use final deliverables once paid in full.
Minimum booth and equipment hire is 3 hours. Signage, letters and decor hire requires suitable venue approval for placement and are not weatherproof unless stated otherwise. Photography and videography coverage runs for the booked hours, includes one round of minor revisions, and additional on-site staffing can be added as a separately quoted extra. Add-ons such as extra prints, additional hours and custom design follow the same payment and cancellation terms as the rest of the booking.
Zealousphere's liability is limited as far as permitted by law, without affecting any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
