We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially for peak season dates between September and March. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.

Do you service areas outside Brisbane?

Yes. We cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the wider South East Queensland region. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Greater Brisbane area, but we will always include this in your quote upfront.

Absolutely. Most of our clients book more than one service. We offer tailored combo pricing when you bundle services together, and having everything managed by one team makes your planning significantly easier.

What happens on the day of my event?

Our team arrives well before your event starts to set up and test all equipment. A dedicated team member stays on-site throughout your event to manage everything, assist guests and troubleshoot if needed. After the event, we pack down and leave the space clean.

How do you handle outdoor events?

We have experience running booths and media services at outdoor venues across Brisbane. We bring appropriate shelter and power solutions, and we will work with you during planning to make sure the setup suits your venue conditions.

Do you provide props and backdrops?

Yes. We offer a range of backdrop options and curated prop collections. We can also create custom backdrops or source specific props to match your event theme. This is all discussed during your planning consultation.

How quickly do we receive photos and videos?

Booth photos and GIFs are shared instantly via digital gallery. Event photography galleries are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Videography highlight reels are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, with rush delivery available on request.

Can you match our event theme or branding?

Yes, everything we do is tailored. From photo booth overlays and print templates to signage and marquee letter arrangements, we design each element to align with your event theme, colour palette or brand identity.
